I don't WANT to be one of those people who only has "online friends". It just happened that way. It all started out very strangely but basically I got involved in a sort of social networking site and made lots of good online friends in various parts of the world. That was a year ago.
I later got an app called Nimbuzz on my iPod and started talking to people on it often. I fell in love with a guy ONLINE. Well i didn't really fall, but I at least... Tripped in love with a guy ONLINE :P
I also had a really good friend who disappeared recently, not before he hated me... Different story.
I have/had/have had lots of good guy friends online whereas I have none in real life. I'm a loner. Wallflower. Social REJECT!!! :P

    I have a lot of online friends, but I have real life friends too. To be honest, I tend to like guys I know online a lot. I just don't really like most guys in my area.

    making online friends is a lot easier, and sometimes having a few is cool, but you really need to get some actual friends dude.

    online friends cannot compare.

    You need to make an effort to have a life. Online sounds like an escape from reality for you. Join a church or a club or something, go get involved in something. You won't magically get a life overnight, but if you keep trying it will happen. And you'll be much healthier emotionally.

    :/ This happened to me last year. Luckily I saw this wasn't doing me any good. I stopped talking to most of them & made some real life friends. They're greattt! And I still have one online mate. She's super, but not my best friend.
