Is it normal to have bumps on my areolas?

I also have psoriasis and sometimes I get the start of a scaly patch on my areolas but they come and go. I don't use any creams or ointments, I can't stand the greasey feeling they leave on my skin. I have been on Embrel, Humira, and numerous pills and stuff. What I have been taking now is Stelara and it's works really well for me. Back to the bumpy boobs sometimes they get so big and hard that they start to feel uncomfortable so I have to pop them to stop them from hurting. Whether it's right or wrong I do it anyway. I have had no problems with infections or anything like that.
