Is it normal to have doubts about my degree

Okay i'm doing a bachelors degree in management and lately i've been having doubts as to is it a solid degree? my question is what type of job can i get and what is the highest position in the job i can expect to reach? Also can i work in music with this degree or do i need to specialize in music management? i'd really appreciate some advice. thanks

I think you could become a manager with that degree but I'm often not very helpful.

  • If you're doing a bachelors degree in management and you don't know what kind of job you can get with it so you ask people on the net, i think it's safe to say you won't pass lol.

I hate to say this (especially as I work in education) but the type of degree you do often has little influence over your career success. There are many ways to get ahead and lots of them outrank education.

oh i see, guess all you can do is
hope you get hired by somebody
      and also being smart enough
with the decisions you make to
      get ahead

Yeah, experience counts for a massive amount, as does political acumen, how you present yourself, your attitude. The degree will come in handy in getting you a job in the first place but it won't really get you promoted; that's all down to you!
