I've had those dreams where you fall in love with a person the other night and I can't stop thinking about it. It was weird because I'm a 23-year-old guy and in my dream I have some sort of romantic relationship with this 15-year-old girl I know from somewhere.
Is it normal?

I think more accurately you'd be a ephebophile not a pedophile if you had a interest in a girl of 15. Is it normal tho? I have no idea as long as you don't pursue it I don't think theres a problem.
if its only a dream who gives a shit. like roseisabella said you have no control of what will pop up in a dream or why, literally :) as long as you don't act out on any of that shit, who cares? but i wouldn't go taking out a billboard on the subject either if you get me.
People have all sorts of weird dreams that are hella weirder than what you're describing. When you go to sleep it's just your subconscious mind doing stuff and thangs.

In the olden days and in some cultures today it is seen as normal. Survival wise, for the human race, she is of age as long as she has started her monthly flow. However today's society frowns on this type of age difference for many reasons and it would be better for you if you lay the dreams to rest and do not act on them. Your age difference is eight years. When she is twenty five and you are 33 the difference may not be as shocking. She might have slightly caught your attention but part of being a respectful, decent and responsible gentleman is knowing the right time to act and when not to. I'll let you take a stab at what time this is!!!
