Is it normal to have dreams about death?

Lately I have had multiple dreams about death: In one dream my little sitster fell off a cliff and I couldn´t help her. In another dream someone I didn´t know forced me to kill them. I wake up from these nightmares and can´t fall asleep again. Is that normal, and what do these dreams mean?

    Im muslim and i think that muslims believe when you die in a dream it means a new beggining for you

    I used to have similar dreams when I was little, personally I don't think that they mean anything.

    Although we don't know much about it, dreams about death are being evaluated by pioneer research. And they seem to believe that if you have a dream about death, it is a message from the mind that is telling you to make positive changes on your life. And after you make those changes, the nightmares should stop.

    Dreams are just random shit your subconscious makes up and filters to your brain. Think of it as taking out the garbage its just clearing space. I wouldn't put any time into believing that need to make a positive change stuff. Thats nearly up there with if you have a dream with a pony your going to go on a journey.
