Is it normal to have five chihuahuas and bring them everywhere?!

I have five cute long-haired chihuahuas! One is named Christofer, the second is named T-Bone, the third is named Dave, the fourth is named Peace, and the fifth is named Lucky (I told the names so you could know them on a more personal level rather than non-existence!)!! I loove them oh so dearly, buut my friends AND family say I'm too attached to them. I just don't want to leave them home alone that often. But, since I go to school half time and work 16 hours a week I don't get too see them much! I will admit I've snuck them into class before but they looked so darn cute by the door not to bring them!! Is is normal to be this obsessive over my cutie chihuahuas or is it just in my friends and families head?! Don't make it too bad if it isnt normal. I just really hope I can prove them wrong:)!!

    I have a funny chichauhua story. A woman where I lived sneaked her chichauhua on the city bus in a bag -- they don't allow animals except service animals on the bus and she was carrying some other things and had the bag with the dog right beside her. A man was passing by and the bus lurched and he got knocked down and fell in the seat and squashed the dog. This is a 100% true story. The woman started screaming that You killed my dog and tried to get the bus to drive to a vet's office but the driver put her off at he next stop for sneaking the dog on the bus in the first place.

    Its OK that you love them so - but try to bring it down a notch or two, especially when assuming other people would be as delighted by them. They're not and just as likely seen as yappy & annoying dogs.

    It's normal, but as Ollieo said, Bring it down a notch.. Leave them home a little more often. Alot of people have fear of dogs. Which RoastPuppy probably does, seeing as he's such an ass twords animal posts. So, try not to assume everyone would love them. I would though! :)
    I just prefer my dog only seeing me the most. That way she doesnt try to get attatched to someone else. :)
