Is it normal to have little yellow bumps all on the shaft of your penis

I don't know when I noticed but all along my shaft are little bumps which are slightly yellow in colour not very noticeable unless you look for them, I wasn't sexually active around the first time I noticed having them so it can't be an STD however I have been sexually active since and have noticed a small white lump near the base of my shaft with a slightly irregular shape what the fuck is that? But also what's up with the other bumps too

    sounds like penile pearls , the origin is unknown i suspect they are infectious in nature. prevalence in the human species is about 16 percent. some respond favorably to topical triple antibiotic ointment like neosporin .
