Is it normal to have lucid daydreams?

I was chilling with my niece and her boyfriend when I closed my eyes for a brief second. In the darkness I actually had a vision of riding in a car that was about to run into a woman in the middle of the road. As the car was about to hit her I yelled out as I would if I were really in a car where the driver was about to hit someone. My heart was beating fast and I felt real fear. As I opened my eyes my head was swimming and my niece and her boyfriend were looking at me weird because I actually yelled out. I had no explanation to give them so I just chose to laugh, but this really does have me worried. Because it all felt so real.

Its totally normal you dont have to worry. I have had these super real dreams too where you actually feel fear, the emotions, touch everything and after waking up you suddenly realise its a dreams it takes like a second or two to get you out of the trauma.
