Is it normal to have mid/lower back/side pain from office chair?

Lately I keep getting front and back aches when sitting too long in a chair. I'm assuming it has to do something with bad posture and/or no lumbar support?

Standing workstations are meant to be the best thing for backpain.

Speak to hr and let them know. Go see your doctor and get him to write down his advise. Then take that back to hr. If get do nothing contact a personal injury lawyer. Good luck
