Is it normal to have mood swings after exercising?

I have been exercising on and off lately, and I have noticed some intense mood swings for the following day. Is that normal?

    If you are female it's normal.

    No, it's perfectly normal if your exercising on and off to feel better and then not so much if you are male.

    Exercise is good for you, I do it all the time, if I didn't I'd feel like a DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING. So I make the conscious decision to workout.
