Is it normal to have one pubic hair way longer than the other?

So one pubic hair is way longer than the others. It's on the left side which is also the same side that I have a bigger boob than the other on. I have shaved, used nair, etc but this same pube just grows back in the same spot. Right now it's almost down to my knee. Is this normal?
