Is it normal to have random red dots appear on your feet?

While sitting strangely on the couch, I noticed 7 random red spots on my right foot. Looking at my left foot, I saw 2 more. This has never happened to me

    I sometimes have a random red dot appear on my forehead. Especially near windows.

    Are the spots on the tops or soles of your feet? And are they large and raised like a bug bite, or very small, flat and bright red?

    Maybe you are breaking out in hives, and this is the start of it.

    Yes, it's normal. Apply some vapor rub and you should be fine.
