My eyes will snap to people's faces almost subconsciously, and many times, the person will look in my eyes wen I do it, and then I get embarrassed. Sometimes, I accidentally do it 3 or more times on the same person, even if they aren't attractive, and then I feel super embarrassed.

    I do this too haha but I have learned to make it look like I wasn't staring at them :)

    I have that too, probably is because of interest in that person (in a curious way).

    Humans are curious by nature and like to observe.

    Yes I do this sometimes too and its even worse because sometimes Ill look away really quick and it looks like I was staring or something. Just try to control the speed at which you look away so it looks natural or when they notice you're looking at them act like you were looking behind them.
