Is it normal to have to have a cold pillow to sleep

When I go to bed, right before I go to sleep I have to turn the pillow over to get the cold side. If I wake in the night I turn it as well, I just can't sleep on a warm pillow even though I have a heated underblanket and like my body to be warm. Is it normal to like a cold pillow or is it me?

Throw some ice cubes into the sack of your pillow. Coldness for hours!

I feel that it is completely normal for you to have to have both warm and cold while laying in bed. There are many people who have to have the AC on and at the same time be completely covered. Many have to feel the breeze of a fan on their face while others can't sleep having both feet covered at the same time. The need for both warm and cool at once is very normal.

I do it too. I think it's normal because there is a Facebook group "I turn my pillow over to the cold side" or something like that.

It's normal, but not because there is a Facebook group dedicated to this. Saw a facebook group dedicated to pedophilia. Is that normal? NO.
