Is it normal to have to mouth out what your reading

So I read a lot but every time I read something I just have to mouth it out and I do it without realizing it and I have to do the same when I count

    I do it when I get really in to the book... Some people find it annoying

    if someone interuppts you when yr reading do leave yr finger on the word, you cant hrlp it it doesnt matter:)
