It might be somewhat normal to have a lot of mood swings if you're a teenager or a chick who gets bad PMS, but if these mood swings are extreme, frequent and adversely affecting your life then I would highly recommend that you seek professional help, and get screened for possible a mental health condition or mood disorder. Try to get regular exercise and stay away from or at least don't abuse caffeine, alcohol, sugar, nicotine, etc as such things can affect your mood.
"too many mood swings". This seems to answer your question. But if this is what is happening to you the best thing to do is get a referral via your doctor to a psychiatrist, Counsellors can't help and neither can psychotherapists. A psychiatrist can give you the correct medication to make your life normal and happy.
It's normal to have mood swings during teen age. Still you may discuss it with a psychologist in more detail to get accurate suggestions.
I believe you might be normal. Still I don't have enough details to understand you properly.
RoseIsabella is right. I had these issues when I was in high school. I became okay with time.
