Is it normal to have weird man breasts (man boobs)

So I have these weird man boobs. Overall I have a athletic body. But when I take off my shirt my nipples point out. It makes me feel weird. Do people notice this and do people care and judge you because of this?

*When I go into water they shrink into normal size so I look normal*

*also i have muscle but my nipples just point out*

    Perfectly normal believe it or not men have breasts you know and nipples they react. Nobody will care not weird.

    So you sometimes have erect nipples. I don't see a problem here, yet perhaps, in order for them to sort of look normal, maybe you could grow breasts and trust me, you would feel absolutely fabulous.
