I think its called the labia majora. But anyways, sometimes when im using the bathroom or in the shower I notice the white stuff. I wash it off and the next time im in the shower its back again.Does it mean I'm dirty or something?
And no I don't think its an yeast infection..
Unless it's smelly and/or itchy, that's normal vaginal discharge, and if you didn't have it your labia would rub together and get chaffed and sore.

The overall outside area is called the vulva. It's composed of the vaginal opening, labia minora, and labia majora. The majora are the two outer "lips" that are regular skin, while the minora is the wet pink tissue. It's normal to have discharge there, clear or whitish.
I would say its normal since it happens to me as well in shower, sometimes even after a work out always in the corner of my mouth but I always thought it was excess from the chap stick I use since my lips are always dry.
Yeah, everyone's discharge is different. You shouldn't wash it off with water.
