My mother was gray at 21. I am 34 and have some. So yes, it is normal.

What can you tell me about your lifestyle and dietary habit? Line of work? The grey hair may not be indicative of anything, as this trait simple appears earlier in some - or may be an indication of stress.

As for wrinkling, yes, actually, it is normal. However - these are in the form of fine lines appearing around the mouth, forehead and possibly eyes.

If you are curious and would like to know about options should you wish to change the wrinkling, I would recommend looking into prescription grade retinol. I've seen excellent results clinically.

Grey hair is obviously a dye.

Are you under stress? Stress can prematurely age a person badly. Smoking and drinking can too. The exception to the drinking, that I know of, is wine. What type of diet do you have? You should try to avoid processed and non-Organic foods. Illness can also prematurely age a person.

My ex worked out like a maniac. But he hit 30 and the same thing happened. You can't fight genes.
