Is it normal to having had zbrush ui stick easier?

is it normal to having had ZBrush UI stick easier than other sculpting applications that most people find it easier than me? It just seems like after couple attempts and listening to which button or tool does what in ZBrush seemed to stick longer and better to my mind and it felt that everything made logical sense but for instance watching blender sculpting tutorials i was stricken with an electric rake straight to my brain. so yeah , to sum it up i've used a cracked version of Zbrush.
