Is it normal to hear more than 1 voice in your head?

Do you hear voices? if so is it Normal to hear more than one?

keep in mind this isn't for if its normal to hear voices, i know that its not normal this if for people who have voices

My Story With Voices (guy 19 years old):

I have been hearing voices as long as i can remember. it started out with one that would yell at me when my mother spoke, soon a second voice joined and talked about all the wonderful things that i can do to people (basically saying different ways to kill people) then i had one that would play music constantly it would do really complicated songs that i couldn't sing like rap god by Eminem even though if you asked me to sing rap god i couldn't do it because i don't know the lyrics.

at this point in my life (age 8-9) i realized that even if i don't like being around other people that can still breath its useful to me because they can help me with free food and stuff. i had basically spent my entire life up-to this point not talking to someone unless it was necessary and going about my day with my face towards my shoes. i started copying people learning how people reacted to specific situations eventually this resulted in me getting another voice in my head that would do this automatically for me. saying things like "If someone dies do not laugh or giggle apologize and don't talk about it again with the person unless they bring it up in conversation"

i got another voice that told me to harm myself, i never had problems with depression or what people normally harm themselves i just wanted to do it for fun XD i would take a knife and cut holes into my skin and eat the flesh and blood of myself pretending it was another persons but it never escalated from that to the point of slitting wrists or anything, i would also pick at my fingers until they bled drinking the blood.

Lemme know what you guys think also side note whats the funniest way you have thought of killing someone, mine was talking someone and cutting their head off in a way so that it looked like a roman bust and then replacing it with one in a museum :D

Well, I do believe hearing voices can be more

than a mental illness , it can be the broken down

of the metabolism of the brain..If voices tell us

to self harm than we really need to see a doctor

I like looking out for others and hope you get help.
