Is it normal to hear squeaking noises in the back of your head?

I hear squeaking/creaking sounds at the top of my neck and the back of my head. It usually happens when I'm laying down. I'm not particularly healthy either but I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

      Yeah, it's osteopathic worms. You need to get to a doctor as soon as you can

    Maybe it'd something to do with your inner ear? Regardless, don't trust me or anyone else hear, go see a doctor instead.
