Is it normal to hear video game sounds when the tv is off?

Well the last time I heard video game sounds with nothing on was awhile back when I used to play a lot of "Ufc undispuited 2010". Then one night from coming back from a friends house eating 3 "special" brownies and a good dose of the game. I go home pretty baked and stare into space,I look up to the tv for one second and I hear the commetary and the sound effects. It stopped happening when I eventually got bored of the game and never happened again with another game.

    its called you spent too much time on the game and the sound has got into your head too much

    When you close your eyes do you also see the game screen in your head? I do.

      yep I guess it's kinda normal if you play video games often tht u see it in your head f.e. before you fall asleep or sth... also hearing those sounds sometimes is kinda normal I think^^ But I haven't heard sounds of video games rlly long^^
