What's their name?
Are they aggressive or kind? Do they goad you into things?
I clicked on No, but on second thoughts I can be normal, depending on what they're saying and how much it affects your life.
When you say voices, do you actually HEAR them or are they thoughts you're not happy to take notice of?
If you're having thoughts you don't want to have you can change that by having a list of positive thoughts ready, preferably in writing, and when the unwanted thoughts intrude replace them with the positive ones. Cognitive Behavior Therapy would be a good idea for the tools to learn how to do this more efficiently: check your local library for books on it
What are these thoughts? Self-criticism, fear, urges or what?
If you haven't heard of neuroplasticity it's worth doing some research because it's about changing negative brain patterns to positive ones and CBT is one way of doing it. I'm really old and am still using it to change very old patterns, which is quite difficult, so obviously the sooner you start, the better!
It can seem similar to new age affirmation but it's actually scientific and not spiritual wankery. It's also realistic, not all that bullshit about we can all do whatever we make up our minds to do and everyone can be a winner ......
Give it a try and good luck!
