Is it normal to hear weird sounds outside?

last night when i was getting undressed to get into my nice and comfy bed when i heard a loud sound against my window! like something hit my window really hard! i asked my brother if he heard anything but he said no, so i asked him to look outside for me and he said i was the one hearing things so i should do it :( i was really really scared! but i put on a gown and went outside to look around and didnt find anything! does that mean it was a ghost?

    On any given day, in my backyard I will find cats, possums, skunks, cockroaches, crickets, and they are all very noisy!!! Honestly, I don't even want to know what goes on outside.

    Anything could have hit your window. Like here in my house it's always bats, moths, birds and beetles. It sounds pretty loud, but don't panic just for some scary sound. ;)

    Probably a bat or a bird who tried to fly into your room, then fluttered off all dazed and confused by the time you got outside. I wouldn't worry, nature is full of noises

    it was a pervert ghost :D he wanted a piece of that nice poontang. so he got a little too ''happy'' and thats wen you heard the noise of ''it'' hitting the glass. thats what happened yep :)

    Usually when things hit windows hard, they break.. Anyways it's gone so you don't need to worry about anything.

    It wasn't a ghost. Don't they pass through walls and windows lol

    Just ignore it. An animal or stick or other 'real' object is much more likely.
