Yea so when I play video games I hold my breath. Not for a little bit but like a long time. I just noticed this today and acording to my gf I do it a lot...

    I hold my breath when I think I'm about to be killed by a boss or in a heated battle or race :P

    People aim when they're about to shoot with a sniper rifle. It makes you more steady. But don't hold it for too long or you pass out.

    I was once playing hl2 on nova prospekt (very intense and fun), went to take a break and I noticed I was breathing really hard so that might be it.

    I do that when I'm drawing or reading. Totally normal. Just don't pass out.

    Come to think of it I may do that too. like when playing a horror survival game or trying to do a complex move in a fighting game. i think my breathing just gets really shallow when im playing so i can concentrate.
