Is it normal to hyper focus?

When I mentioned "Hyper Focusing" I do not mean I can concentrate for any amount of time very well, in fact I have a very hard time staying on task most of the time. When I say this I mean not being able to do anything else except the project I am working on. I will be working on, say a report, and I just keep coming up with ideas and typing them out similar to as I am doing now. If I am hyper focusing as I call it, I can easily type out a 5 page report in 10 minutes because I just focus on that. During the time when I am extremely into my work, my hands begin to shake, my foot starts to tap, and my heart rate goes up tremendously. When working on papers, normally "seek-and-finds" all of the works will suddenly pop out at me and I can do my best to find them all in a 5-10 second time span. I begin to shake and my heart starts to race. Almost nothing can break me out of these focused states unless someone physically pokes or touches me in order to get my attention. Is this happening to anyone else? Is this normal?

this website used to be full of adults. now its full of sarcastic shitty teenagers and young adults who answers are irrelevant to the question.
    like mine lol
but i would say its normal as i am the same way.. minus the heart rate thing.. When im focused on something, i just tense up really bad, like everywhere but my hands, im frozen, and its much harder to distract me than just touching me. sometimes people yell in my ear, close my laptop or book or whatever. or just give me a little shove. and when i talk during these moments no one seems to be able to hear me. or understand me. lmfao we're unnormal normal.

Instead of an attention deficit, you sound like you have quite the opposite. It's not bad, though it isn't normal. The bit about an accelerated heart rate may be cause for you to investigate a hospital visit, but I think you could go either way.
