My wife thinks it's weird that I keep my hand in my pants. Whenever I am sitting I usually just put my hand in my pants and hold it there. It makes me feel comforted and protected.

    Same, I just randomly sit down and put my hand in my pants not doing anything gross, but just it feels safe.

    Yeah, it's normal. My hands sometimes wander in my pants because my thighs are so warm and it's comfortable having them there. It's nothing out of the ordinary so don't worry too much, as long as you don't do it in public
