Is it normal to keep pranking this guy?

I know a guy who hangs out at the bar I go to and also now hangs out with my friend group.
He is really pervy and hits on every girl but often is very inapproperiate. He is not the smartest person so it has been really easy to fuck with him. Normally I wouldn't pick on someone with an intellectual disability, but he does have it coming because he does things like get grabby and even hit on our friends 15 year old daughter on facebook. (He is 32).
There have been a few times at the bar or a party where he pisses off a girl but he doesn't realize it and we tell him she likes him so that he will keep bothering her. It's funny everytime.
Anyway we were at the bar a couple days ago with our friend Sarah and he kept asking about her, although she clearly was not interested. We decided to give him the phone number of another girl named Sarah with the intention of them having a very awkward conversation. Her roommate answered and told him she died though. (He instandly figured it out since we prank him all the time)
He has since figured out she is not dead but we told him she got married yesterday and has to ask her husband if he can have sex with her. The new plan is to give him the number of somebody whos wife has the same name and have him call and ask to have sex with his wife.

Meanwhile I developed another plan earlier. This guy also really liked my former roommate, who I kicked out because she stole stuff from me. I plan to make a fake facebook of her and talk to him saying she wants to have sex with him and give him her address, but say he has to bring $20.
If all goes well he will show up at her house offering her $20 for sex. I wish I could be there to watch the results.

You may think I am mean, but he does have it coming for how he acts. Maybe he will learn not to get mad when girls wont have sex with him.
Also it is hilarious.

    Wow I'm glad I have nothing to do with you... And while you think you're punishing the guy, the girls involved are also experiencing a similar difficulty with this jerk.

    You must attract a lot of "friends" with this behavior. You should grow the fuck up and stop making yourself seem like a sociopath. It's all fun and games until someone has no friends anymore. ;)

      Once in a while I am suprised by what upsets other people. I described why I do these things. Most the "mean" pranks I do are directed at someone who did something out of line and pranks are a more humorous and positive comeback than other options. What I find amusing about most of the pranks I have done is that I setup the situation and the victim gets themself into it because of their own behavior. They wouldn't fall for it otherwise so theres nothing morally wrong about it.

        But, why go to such great lengths for a prank you won't even be a part of? :0

          Why do I do these things? Mostly to amuse myself. I actually never got around to doing the last prank I described where he goes to the house. Partly because I don't know the address, partly because I forgot until now. I dont know if I will eventually do it or not. I often think of doing all kinds of stuff like this and usually go through with about half my ideas while the others are forgotten or more work than they are worth, although I have gone way out of my way for past pranks such as saving my voice mails for a year and sampling peoples messages to make sound boards of them and call back other people they know. It was worth the effort. I did end up pranking the guy by sending him suspicious e-mails from terrorists claiming they are going to move into his apartment and use it as their base. He got really paranoid about it. Im not concerned about him reporting it because it was obviously a joke to anyone who isn't completely gullible.

            I've never been a prankster, but usually pranks grab my attention and I like to at least witness it take place. I am the one they place in the middle just so I get to laugh, because my laugh is weird and makes others laugh. I wish I had that kind of ambition to harmlessly fuck with people who deserve to be fucked with. :D

              It can be pretty fun.
              This is what I did with the sound boards I made from friends voicemails.
              Some are better than others. The one called "Aaron calls Liz" is my favorite. Liz was his ex who had just kicked him out and his fake soundboard called her trying to live there again and she got really angry arguing with the recording of him thinking it was him. Aaron calls John, and John called Beau are pretty good as well.
