Is it normal to let my dog lick my legs and feet?
I have very dry skin and sometimes my dog likes to lick it for a while, starting to feel like a creep now. I let her do it and it helps with stress when im studying.

Like IceRed said, licking dries your skin out more. The tongue drags away the oil on your skin, then the saliva dries too fast. So it feels moistened for a few minutes, then gets dryer than a desert. You should use lotion and/or drink more water.
That said, I have no idea whether purposely letting your dog lick you is normal. It sounds creepy, especially when I word it like that, but I don't own a dog. Maybe it is?
Maybe it's the licking that is drying out your skin? Think of a person who is always licking their lips, but never bothers to wear lip balm; such a person most always has nasty chapped lips.
Um..that's what lotion is use for and if you say the lotion don't work. Make sure you get the one just for very dry skin.
