There is nice looking hot football player at school who is really popular and cute but he's white i don't care about color but i feel he might care about color or might not even like black girls form Africa. I all ways look at hem but i don't even think he knows exist.

Talk to him. Try to become friends with him. That's the best way for him to know you exist. Just don't be too forward to quickly about wanting to date him, sometimes people are scared away by quick advances. (But then again others can be the exact opposite, so no idea how to tell which one this guy is)I guess just be yourself and let things move naturally.
These days it's totally normal. People used to have the idea pounded into their heads that mixed race couples were as wrong as incest. But these days only total bigots think that way.
You should try to get to know him first, that's the best way to get an idea of if a guy's interested in you without embarrassing yourself, regardless of color.
Some people do look for people of their own color, but that's not necessarily because they think it's wrong to be with someone of a different race.
Get to know him if you can.

Don't be shy, ask him, or you'll never know, actually, nonono, don't ask him. Be friends with him first. Say hi. Try to meet up with him. He'll be freaked if you suddenly say, "I'm attracted to you, because you're so sexy!!! Wanna go out?" No, don't say that. Try to be friends with him, and it'll all work out, trust me.
