Is it normal to like to still act like a baby?
I like to wear and use diapers, suck on a pacifier, and sit in high chairs whenever I have time to myself, and its not like i need to or anything I just like the feeling. Is this normal?

You probabky want to act like a baby because you miss someone comforting you. But it is totally normal as long as it doesn't interfere with your life or have negative impacts.
How old are you? I was in this phase some 2 years ago when I hit 20. I don't know why but it is certainly true that I missed being comforted. I didn't exactly miss it, but I fancied it.
My case wasn't too extreme though. Instead of thinking of myself as a baby and acting like one, I fancied the thought of being treated as someone's pet. I still think we think sort of alike.
I prefer to stay single primarily for religious reasons, but I also do lack the confidence and persistence to be in a relationship. I also think that being in a relationship to be petted is not a smart idea. Due to my very conflicted opinions, I will very likely reject a girl even if given the chance (as I have done a good 7 times or so).
Anyway, given that I don't intend on being in a relationship and that I live abroad as a university student, I got the idea to pet myself instead. Streaking my hair, or playing with my cheeks did me a good job.
Then eventually all these thoughts of being petted became less intense. This has a lot to do with having a mixed bag of life experiences that made me a bit less passionate about life. Maybe that's not the best way to describe it.
But anyway, I think it's normal if you haven't been stuck in that phase for too long and you have control over your life in some way or another.
