If I have my hair really short, I can pass for 14 or 15, but if I have my hair longer I look somewhere between 17 and 19... or so I'm told :P I think how people perceive your age depends a lot on how you dress and how you act and as speak as well, as well as the age of the people you interact with and the things you like. It's a lot more than how you look physically in terms of body and height, anyway.
I've always looked younger than my age but lately I have been looking a lot older.
28 here. Still get asked if I'm still studying. People always assume I'm 20-21.
Looking younger then your age is a good thing. Aging well means you take good care of yourself or you have good genes. Which all points to a longer and happier life. Besides age is really just a number, what really matters is your iq and wisdom. The experience you gain with age. You can show your age through maturity.
I am 26 and when I went somewhere on school day, people would ask me if that day was school holiday.
Yes I am the same way. And I'm 20 so we're in the exact same situation. It sucks doesn't it? I've found that the way you behave shapes people's opinions more powerfully, and can overcome appearances alone.
I went to college with a guy who was 17/18 but he honestly only looked about 8. He was really short and just had a really childish face.
When i was 13 or 14 alot of people thought i was 18 or older but now that im 20 i look my age.
Oddly, thats kind of how it was for myself. When I was 14, I could pass as like a 16/17 year old. But now, being 21(I'll be 22 on 4/24), I'm told by a lot of people I only look about 17/18 years old. I've noticed that if I wear my hair back, I sometimes look a lot younger too. Its so weird. But at the same time, I kind of like it. It sounds pretty pathetic, and its inevitable, but I'm actually kind of afraid of aging.
I usually am told I look a little younger than I really am as well. On rare occasions, I can actually make myself look a little older though too.
It could be a good thing that you look younger. Most of the time looking younger is better than looking older. Maybe when you're like 50, you'll really look about 40.
thats much bettr bt in my case people doesnt react wid me like an adult person(or mature)
