Is it normal to lose focus for hours for people without adhd?
I have ADHD. I tend lose focus very, VERY often. But...I lose focus hours at a time. For example, I got up at 5 this morning and I just finished 1 homework assignment at 2 pm. JUST 1. Mainly, because I would stare at my work, but not do anything about it. I always wish I didn't have ADHD. This might sound like a stupid question, but just wondering, Is it normal to lose focus for hours for people without ADHD?
