I LOVE CRACKING MY BACK!! I don't even know why I just Love the sound that it makes. I know that I'm probably killing my it but, is it normal???

    i'd grab both sides of the chair and just twist my back left-right til i get that 'ahhhhhh' satisfactory feeling.
