Is it normal to make my neighbor think her dog is in danger

my neighbors across the driveway from me put their dogs in the yard to do their business. the dogs names are penny and missy.last week i was looking out the window and this awesome idea came to me. i took newspapers and cut out letter to make a ransom note "say goodbye to penny". later that night i put the note in an envelope and taped it to their front door. i also put leftover food in a container and stuck a nametag on it "penny". there was nothing harmful in the food so the dog would not be hurt if it ate it. but because of the note on the door, the owners think it was poisonous. lol. i did this because i get an unexplainable euphoric feeling to watch the owners rush to grab the food i left there before the dog could get to it. they were looking all around in fear that someone was going to hurt the dog. i cant explain the rush i got from doing this. im not done. im going to put more little scraps of food in a place that the dog can get to before them so they can see the dog eat it and i can watch them try to make it spit it out but it will be too late. then they will scold the dog for eating it. omg i cant wait to see the fear on their faces. does anyone or has anyone done anything like this too?

You may wanna be careful stepping foot on their property. I know what I would do if I were them. This isn't a joke where I'm from, consider yourself warned.

weather they can or not, these people dont have a gun, or an aggressive bone in their body. they didnt even look mad when they saw all the stuff that was done. they just looked scared and the lady ran to her dog and grabbed it hugging it. and now when they let the dogs in the yard she follows them around staying right by their side at all times. and she keeps looking all around to see if anyone is watching looking all paranoid. i just fucked her head up and she cant relax. shes always gonna be looking over her shoulder now.

I'm not a violent person either, but I'd buy a gun to protect my family and use it if I had to.

first off, a dog is not a family member and second, if you shot someone and told the cops that you thought they were going to hurt your dog, you would go to jail. even though alot of people who own dogs see them as amuch a part of the family as their kids, according to the law, a human life still comes first

I wrote a fake love letter to my bestfriend and she totally freaked out xD I didn't wanted to frighten her but it was so much fun, I later told her I wrote that letter though.

When I was a kid, oh about 10 or so, my friend and I knew of these super paranoid old people down the street. We would buy bouquets of roses and leave them on their doorstep and ding dong ditch and hide in the bushes across the street for hours as they combed through every inch of their property looking for clues. We did this several times.

You have a sick sense of humor, but I have to admit I've had neighbors from hell that I wish I had thought to do something like this to them. Be careful.
You could also tie a couple helium balloons to their dog when nobody's looking, and put it on YouTube. You might even make some money off the video. But then you'll probably spend it all on fines and legal fees.

No not normal at all it sounds like you might be a sociopath
this is the kind of thing that serial killers and the like do.
I'd get to a psychiatrist before you do something that gets you in a lot of trouble.
