Is it normal to make the hair on the head and beard white?

Iam 35 year old but look very young. The hair on my head is also black. what is the natural way to make some my of hair on the head and face(beard) white.

    You could bleach it but that wouldn't be natural. Naturally speaking: the whitening of hair happens with time and often age. People who are Albinos are often born with white hair.

    You can bleach your hair to a very light blond and then use some white hair paint on it. But you'll have to take great care of your hair if you do so! I think you can do the same to your beard but I'm not sure. I think it will look different and cool! :D
