Is it normal to make weird lines in my head...read the story

see whenaver i talk to someone/people i think of either witty come backs or pick up line or just some weird line,for instence i was talking to a girl that i know and she said "the stars look beautiful"(she says she wants to be a astronamer) and in my head i said "there beauty cannot compere to thee's" and i realize i said this in my head,then i feel awkward and emerrased iin?(i'm guy by the way)
