Is it normal to massage my ball sack when i urinate?

Ok so since I was about 10, every time I go to the toilet to piss, I massage my ball sack. Sometimes i do it furiously but usually it's quite gentle, just enough to help me pee fluently and nicely. I do it all the time, some times I even enjoy pushing one of my balls up inside myself a little just to get a little buzz. Am I weird or do all guys do this? I'm not feminine or anything, I'm manly and have a beard and shit yo. What does this mean and should I stop doing it? I get pretty weird looks at public urinals.
