i'm addicted to masturbation, i daily jerk 3-4 times. is it normal, i tried every method to stop but failed everytime and I think masturbation is the reason for my receding hairline, grey hairs, constipation. i think the main reason why I masturbate so much is m single and feel lonely sometimes,aroused while watching hot scene in movies or YouTube. Smartphone made it easier for me to masturbate, when I hv no smartphone only pc I fap 1 or 2 times a day but now sometimes I even fapped 5 times. I tried nofap but failed my longest streak with nofap is 4 days.

    Normal. I masturbate a few times a day although I AM a sex addict, but since I haven't had sex in about 5 months now, I figure it's a healthier way to deal with it.
