Is it normal to miss your early twenty year old self when you're 29 ?

Is it normal to miss your self when you were in your early twenties , now you are in your late twenties ?. When i was in my early twenties i was cuter , alot more immature ,took good care of my weight and didn't gain lots of weight ,people always gave me compliments on how young i look and how younger than my actual age i looked .I didn't know alot of things as my mind was still developing , and i miss that !

I am 53 and I miss not wearing the short skirts....haha. I see some really cute clothes I would love to wear and wish I would have thought about wearing that sort of stuff when I was younger. Now..uh no way.

Normal. Except, I'm 21 and I'm already starting to miss certain things about myself from when I was 16. But life moves on so we can only accept what is and move forward.

I think if weight is one of your concerns, you can always try to lose some and maintain a healthier diet. As for the other things, it might be out of your control. I'd just accept yourself as you are, and realize that you can't change the inevitable. We all age, and 20 is still kind of young. Twenty really is like fresh out of your teens. Its probably really normal for you to have some kind of significant difference in your late twenties since then. And whether that be physically, mentally, or emotionally, it seems normal. But turning back is impossible. Just accept what is.
