Is it normal to move your lips after speaking??

After I'm done speaking, my lips continue to move as though i were still talking. I never really notice that I'm doing this, but a lot of people insist that i do and have been since i was little. I looked it up and found that it isn't uncommon in young children, but I'm seventeen years old. I think i would have grown out of it by now...

    It doesn't really matter, if people find it as a distraction then they don't care about you as a person.

    Don't do it around deaf people. They know what you are saying. I even had my back to her but a mirror ratted me out.
