Is it normal to not be able to focus

It seems like I can't focus on anything anymore. It's like my brain's on "auto-pilot" or something. I feel like I am daydreaming 24/7 and I always play music in my head and it's driving me crazy. Even at serous times I can't really focus fully it seems. Do other people do this to?

I have felt this way many times throughout my life. One of my solutions is to unplug and spend time in nature. Slow things down and feel the natural rhythms of life. This is still "auto-pilot" but the not manmade kind. I also find fasting to be effective.

You might want to consider talking to a doctor. Inability to focus could also be a sign of bigger issues, such as ADD or perhaps stress (or even both).
