Is it normal to not believe in aliens and ufos?

Do you think the government is lying? They're trying to stop you from being exposed to fraud, and I think when you get abducted by aliens and see UFOs you're being exposed to fraud and foolish enough to believe it happened. It's merely a highly unconventional fake spaceship made to look like it's flying, pulling you up by a string, perhaps from behind a tree by a few jokers who laugh at you when the spaceship flies away, deliberately acting creepy and weird just to joke with you because you think there are aliens, it's the oldest scam in the book! The most primitive hoax by highly intelligent people inventing the belief that aliens are real because you couldn't believe in God. All it is is people in alien costumes posing as aliens, it looks and feels like flesh, and just when you thought I was going to be rational about these things I'm being irrational, it's not military aircraft, military aircraft is a triangular plane that goes very fast but what you're seeing appears faster than that, that's because it's a little toy at extraordinary speed fooling you into thinking it's a UFO, and to believe what I believe is to wake up and face reality. Ufology is therefore pseudoscience, real science is about nature, I don't call aliens and creepy stuff nature, is that normal?

It is prevalent but it is not rational. The acronym "UFO" stands for "unidentified flying object" and has been superseded by the acronym "UAP" (unidentified aerial phenomenon) in the scientific community. Surely one can accept that humans have failed to identify aerial phenomena from time to time. I suspect that what you really mean to say is that you do not believe that any UAP are the spacecraft, interdimensional vessels, and/or time machines of extraterrestrial beings, interdimensional beings, and/or our future selves.

That UAP exist as unidentified aerial phenomena is incontrovertible. What the more difficult to explain UAP are (particularly those of a certain class of them that shares many shocking characteristics), however, is an uncomfortable topic for many people. The vast majority of UAP can be explained away as misidentified aircraft, standard celestial objects, rarely witnessed meteorological phenomena, or even hallucinations and misclassifications resulting from intoxication, hoaxes, mental illness, and/or outright lies.

As physicist, author, and science popularizer, Michio Kaku, is fond of saying, the remaining 5% "give us the willies" because they are not only currently inexplicable from our perspective but they are often somewhat uniform in nature as if there is a single explanation beyond out ability to verify for most of them. Among their many shared characteristics are the ability to change trajectory as if on a whim at clocked speeds ridiculously far in excess of the maximum reached by known state-of-the-art aircraft, the ability to effortlessly jam radar, invisibility, and if not teleportation, the ability to instantaneously accelerate to speeds approaching, reaching, and/or exceeding c (the speed of light and what is thought to be the cosmological speed limit if not the speed of causality itself).

More troubling yet is the typical witnesses of this class of UAP and the nature of the interactions. This class is typically witnessed by pilots on the job, arguably the ultimate witnesses in that they are constantly in the air, always looking at the sky, trained to recognize all manner of aerial objects, in possession of technology to further confirm the encounters, and presumably completely sober on the job. Furthermore, these things often seemingly taunt the pilots in ways that don't seem cruel but reminiscent of a human stopping to play with a cat or a dog for a moment. This is simultaneously assuring and frightening.

It is tempting to write them off as experimental human aircraft, but as all superpowers are bothered by them and as they give the impression of likely being unfathomably superior in ability to the combined military forces of the US, China, and Russia as well as to the capabilities of NASA and private companies like SpaceX, we are really beginning to struggle here.

There is a popular expression in the scientific community that asserts that "it isn't aliens until it's aliens" but there is another expression about things that look and walk like ducks that you might be familiar with. These things appear to be both intelligently controlled and blatantly in violation of the laws of physics as we know them. For now, it simply is what it is.

I will not bother with bringing up the Drake equation or Fermi paradox as your disbelief seems to stem not from lack of supportive data but from religious beliefs. I presume that you feel that the potential existence of extraterrestrials automatically invalidates the existence of your god and that you feel a certain desperation to disprove their existence so as to maintain your faith. I am going to further assume that your god is YHWH and that you are a Christian. That is his name. I don't believe in him but according to your beliefs he created the Earth. We can extrapolate from this that he is not from the Earth and is therefore an extraterrestrial by default. It seems that you already believe in extraterrestrials.

Since my inconsistencies I'm not a Christian, I didn't know what I was, but I'm definitely a Luciferian, a magician and an Emersonian. As normalised as my posts and comments are I believe in original experience and self-expression and a deviation from conformity.

"... like SpaceX, we are really beginning to struggle here ..." I realize I'm digressing here, but just to make a hypothetical supposition, let's say you discovered an anti-gravity technology using anti-matter. And, let's say that world hegemony is your goal. You would be wise to make your conventional military forces only marginally superior to your opponents and negotiate minor concessions. This is because pulling out the big guns would accelerate technological development and thusly eat away at your advanced military force multipliers.

Prudently done, slowing arms development could extend your superiority for centuries. Of course, heckling your own airline pilots deflects suspicion. After 800 years when our atmosphere is cooking us, perhaps this technology could help us build floating cities that keep us cool at 5000 feet and drift northward in the summertime. Depopulation along with other prerequisites having been accomplished.

Don't get me started on assisting cellular life to fill all planetary voids. By now, we could have genetically engineered chlorophyll microbes to float on the cool cloud tops of Venus, making the planet look green in the night sky here on Earth. I mean fuck, is that a cool legacy for an intelligent civilization to create, or what?

What do you think of that recently declassified video of those UFO things? The one where the pilot was following it and saying "wtf is this shit". That one was kind of weird

It logically follows that alien videos and alien magazines are only for the believers, not for undelusional people who have a grip on reality.

What was that? Thats a leaked video from the military its been all over the news and the pilot has been on Tucker Carlson, Joe Rogan, CNN, ect. There's a full video elsewhere but that thing was doing maneuvers that defy physics. Do you think its a fale flag by the US military?

Im not saying there was green men in that thing but what was it? Have you seen that video? This isnt a conspiracy theory this happened.

Well there’s a high likelihood they exist, you exist. To say they’re visiting earth is a different thing altogether. Logic follows they’d have the same issues to overcome as us, crossing vast distances in space.

It would be like driving 2000 miles to go to Arby's. Humans don't taste that good anyway.

This is what I think: if you're driving miles when there's no toilet I should hope by then you haven't eaten something, because that's where you'll bump into problems, in Australia it's just a small place (the continent) between which you'll find no toilet, it's not many miles unlike the USA until you'll find a toilet, rural areas aren't for human habitation, they're there as wastelands that people grew grass on as pasture for cows and sheep and growing crops, when people should be living in cities, towns and suburbs.

What's this shit about these freaks? The government has surgeons cutting open an alien to see if it's human, it most likely is, it's very suspicious.
