The onset of puberty for boys is between the ages of 9 and 14. You're brother is normal. Testosterone therapy can stimulate puberty and secondary sex characteristics if the boy has a condition like hypogonadism or something. Only a doctor can diagnose and treat these things. So ask your parents to consult with his pediatrician if you think there's something wrong.

It would have been an OK joke (though pup and poop doesn't even sound alike), if I had actually misspelled puberty, but I didn't. So yeah...fail.

        Have a nice day.

Well, see. If he took any type of anabolic steroids (testosterone) he'd have to worry about more things than puberty.

For one, if he was looking for a big dick to come at the end of it, well, tell him to go look in the shoebox in mommy's closet. . . .

I realize that you may not have gotten that joke due to the certain troll-ish and unfunny value it contained, and for that, I apologize.

NO He absolutely cannot take testosterone that young, unless his body is not producing testosterone at all. If that was the case, he would literally look like a girl, LITERALLY. Tell him to chill the f out because puberty for him has already started; the effect won't be so apparent for another year or two.

You are only at the start. I was still growing throughout middle and high school- very subtle, but I still was. You can't expect your body to grow in just under a year.
