Is it normal to not know how to walk?

Sometimes I don't know if I'm walking right or not. I just randomly forget how to walk properly and I start changing sides on the side walk. Is this normal?

  • Lol whenever we analyze every little thing we do, it gets really uncomfortable and awkward. Stop thinking about it.

It has to do with anxiety and how comfortable you are in your own skin.

Yeah, pretty normal. If you ever really think about how you're walking you're gonna try to correct but you're really just messing it up and just overthinking how you walk.

Just like what Wise said, when you think about it or the process of walking itself, it becomes harder... Because you think of all the motions and not just do it subconsciously

As long as what type of walk you're doing gets you somewhere you're fine!

It depends on your age... If you are 8 months old, then it is completely normal.
