Is it normal to not poop all in one go?

What I mean by this is like, I don't just go to the toilet, poop, and leave. What ends up happening is I go to the toilet, poop, leave, and wait until I have to poop again (which is normally in about 10 minutes) and then go straight back to the toilet. The cycle just continues until all of the poop is gone. This happens every single time I poop.

Maybe, but not all the time. I'm dealing with something like that myself right now as we speak. Constipation since the early morning hours, and late into the evening. A large mudsnake pile finally emerged in the the late night/wee morning hours and now within 30 to 45 minutes I've succeeded in producing something in what feels like a substantially swampy texture. I haven't had the chance to inspect it yet though. On top of all of this I've had a headache this whole time and weird dreams.
