I hate alarm clocks. I use a rooster.

I used to put my alarm on the other side of the room. Having to get up and walk to it usually kept me up

Put your alarm clock far away from your bed (like on a table in your room), so when the ringing, buzzing, etc. starts annoying you, you'd have to get out of your bed and walk over to it to make the sound stop. I do it every morning and it helps wake me up once I stand up to stop the ringing xD

I take a shower and do my hair the night before. I set my phone alarm two or three hours ahead of time so when I wake up I have about two hours to relax and nap. Then I get up, go bathroom, wash my face, change my clothes that whole thing and then I'm ready to go!

Yeah I always use my phone as alarm clock so when I use some really loud song and put the phone on the other side of the room I have to get up to shut it.

I tried sleeping earlier but it don't work for me, I'm still too tired to wake up. It's mostly willpower. But due to my effed-up sleeping schedule...
I'm nocturnal. And every time I hit the sack, it's hard to wake me up. I'm practically dead. I tried various methods like rolling me off the bed, pouring water onto me (that one really worked) but I was in a zombie-fied state, I'd do things I won't remember doing- I scolded my siblings for waking me up, and I'll go back to slumberland.

I feel for you. I had such trouble waking up for school and early morning jobs throughout my entire life that I eventually decided to be self-employed. It was the only way I could accommodate my crazy-ass schedule. My schedule would be entirely normal for someone who lived on a planet with a 29-hour day, but on Earth, my sleep time sort of drifts around the clock in weird ways.

My best advice is to try to sleep earlier, get a ridiculously LOUD alarm clock that you put on the other side of the room so you have to get up to turn it off, and bear it until you graduate and can find something that lets you keep the schedule your body and brain want you to keep.

Go to bed sooner? Get a louder or more effective alarm?

There was this one ringtone i heard before that was like 3000 decibels or something. Crazily piercing to listen to.
