Yes it's normal. Shaved pussies look gross, like raw chicken skin. Women are naturally supposed to have pubic hair. Why isn't it socially acceptable for women to leave their hair alone, but for men it's perfectly fine to be gross and hairy???

Shaving or waxing causes skin irritation which can invite inflammation and infection. Pubic hair is nature’s way of decorating the vulva, plus it feels sexy. Underarm hair on a woman is usually sparse and inconsequential in Normal circumstances.

Well, like you say: it's natural. So why wouldn't it be normal?
Some people just prefer the more modern style of shaved legs and pits. We don't all want an Amish woman. It's cool if you do, but many don't. Shaved might be more of an acquired taste. Then again, most stuff you see around daily are quite modern and removed from nature. People love oreo cookies but oreo cookies are unnatural, they don't exist in nature... Oreos don't grow on trees. Who cares, right?

I think it's more or less normal depending on where you are. Some places are more "fake" and hence value shaving more.
Personally, the only body hair I really dislike is armpit here. Everywhere else I simply prefer neat and trimmed, but armpit hair has to begone [sic]. Permanently.

Actually, pubic hair is there to HELP PREVENT infections. The hairs stop infections and bacteria from getting inside the vagina.

Yes. Look it up. I have never shaved any part of my body, and I have never had any problems with that area. And no, I am not super hairy. It has stayed at a certain point forever.

Does pubic hair grow indefinitely if you don't shave it, similar to the hair on your head? Also, Americans typically only wipe after using the bathroom instead of using a bidet like some of the other cultures? If so, isn't it gross to have fecal matter potentially clinging to your anal hairs?

Shaving pits helps keep pits clean, true. Regular washing can offer the same result.
Shaving legs hasn't much of a point to it. People do that for beauty purposes. It's not really about hygiene.
Shaving your private parts can be about hygiene. Or mostly about people wanting to wear thongs and swim suits that are too small for them. People wanting to look sexy and show off more skin... That's the main reason why people remove pubic hair. Then again, shaving probably is not the best solution for that. Waxing exists, as well as special creams that can remove hair down there.
Men shave their faces and that can be hygienic, but this thread was about women. And it's rare that women have facial hair. Even if she has facial hair, then shaving will only make that hair grow back denser with a vengeance. Might be easier to conceal with makeup.
