i live in a very high apartment 30th floor. i get an urge to pee of the balcony on to the street because it is so high up. i get a kick out of it because i know there are people walking the streets below. am i sick? or is this normal?
It's normal. It goes back to the same reason why there's road rage but not "pedestrian rage".
There's no consequences for your actions when you're screaming in a box with 4 wheels and there's no consequences when you're pissing anonymously from the heavens.

I have been peeing off of my hotel balcony at night. Right on the concrete below.
Artie Lange did this in the late 90s movie "Dirty Work". He was having a conversation with Norm MacDonald on the roof of some building and was pissing over the side. The guy he pissed on came up to the roof and was soaked with piss!!!
Heh! I've done it. It was dark and I don't remember anyone below. I was also drunk and as I type this I think I remember hearing someone yell. The pee made a loud sound as it splattered on the pavement. I wasn't as high up as 30 floors though.
I giggled when I read this story and its comments. I must admit though, if I were a guy and was able to shoot my urine from the balcony... I'd do it, at least once anyway.
Granted I'd have to be a bit tipsy and it'd be dark so no one would see who it was that was peeing off the side of the building. But hell, since you live so high up I doubt anyone's gonna match the penis to the owner. You go for it, just try not to pee on anyone! :)
